Egenda Topic Alert

The Egenda system provides access to all reports and minutes that are published for Council meetings.

To receive emails when a topic of your choice has been posted into Egenda (for example a Committee Report or a Strategy) follow the instructions below to register.

Instructions for Registering for email Alerts

Please enter the e-mail address you wish to use, and a password of between 8 and 15 characters. Please do not use spaces or other non-printing characters in either field.

When you have completed the form, please use

• the REGISTER button to send your details to the Council;
• the RE-REGISTER button to renew an existing registration;
• or the UNREGISTER button if you want to cancel a previous registration.

Once you have submitted the requested details, you will be advised of the next steps. Thank you.
